Jeff Boetticher

Jeff is a west coaster by birth but a South Carolinian by choice. A frequent visitor to Hilton Head since the 80's, he is proud to call the Lowcountry home since becoming a permanent resident in 1997.

After a successful executive career growing and developing a number of domestic and international public companies, he chose to direct his energies to Lowcountry real estate investing in commercial and residential property on and off the Island. Determined to become fully engaged in this activity, he became a licensed South Carolina Realtor® and, along with his wife Jeannie, purchased the highly regarded Wm F. Hilton Real Estate Company.

Jeff has stated his role in the company is to build the brand, provide the tools and resources to an experienced staff of qualified real estate professionals who are committed to the company objective of ensuring that each client is completely satisfied with their Wm F.
