Greg James

Greg has extensive experience in residential sales and construction as well as commercial development having acquired his Real Estate Brokers license in 1971. Greg has been the owner and Broker in Charge of real estate companies in Illinois and South Carolina and currently is a licensed Broker in South Carolina and North Carolina and an associate of the Wm. F. Hilton Real Estate Company.

Greg has always been an active volunteer in his community and professional associations having served on numerous boards to include School improvement council, hospital board, community water & sewer board, zoning board, state vice president of the Jaycees, a Graduate of Leadership Hilton Head, a Rotarian and Past President of the VanLandingham Rotary Club of Hilton Head Island.

Professional Awards and services include Past President of the Hilton Head Island Association of Realtors, Realtor of the Year of Hilton Head Island, Past Board Member of Hilton Head Island Association of Realtors, 17 years as a Trustee of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of Hilton Head Island, recipient of the Presidents Distinguished Service Award and Honor Roll, Life Member of the Distinguished Sales Club & Million Dollar Club, Member of the South Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors as well as Past member of the Hilton Head Homebuilders Advisory Council.
