Candace Bird

As long time residents of Hilton Head Island, Candace has a genuine love and appreciation for the Island.

Since moving here from Virginia in 1983, Candace graduated from Concordia University with a BA degree in Management & Communications, held several long-term sales management positions, and started a family. Her successful background in designer furniture sales, account management and IT recruiting for Fortune 500 companies have played a vital role in developing the necessary skills to work in real estate. Candace joined the Wm F. Hilton Co. in April 2006.

Candace is a natural at working in real estate in the lowcountry since she has enjoyed all that the Island lifestyle has to offer their family for over 20 years. They love boating, fishing, tennis & golf, and hanging out at the beach. The family is active in giving back to the community through various programs they support, including serving on the development committee for the Lowcountry Autism Foundation: www.LowcountryAutismFoundation.org
